For the first time in many years, fell short of

For the first time in many years, fell short of expectations. Short-staffed no communication. Texted one service person five times and left one voicemail, no response, needed an estimate for the services. The service person we always dealt with was never available. Had to look unexpectedly leave the car due to lack of technicians. Chris is the only one that took care of me appropriately while other young people sat around on their phones not even acknowledging the presence of other customers. I'm a very patient person, but this experience really frustrated me. I gave the experience three stars because of Chris.

Sorry I didn't get the name of the attendant who took

Sorry I didn't get the name of the attendant who took care of my car. Besides my regular checkup, he followed up on postcard I had regarding battery lawsuit. He arranged for 1.5 hour test which showed it was defective, and arranged for me to receive a new one. So thankful and grateful! He also made sure I got a car wash.

Kai and Jeana we're very professional and knowledgeable

Kai and Jeana we're very professional and knowledgeable representatives. I went to then with a few issues that needed to be worked out. Wow.....I was given the special attention and time that was necessary to address my situation with better than I could have hoped for results. This is my third time dealing with Wilde Subaru, and I will definitely be back. My family and friends will get my recommendation to buy a Subaru and to trust the great folks at Wilde. Aside from all that, Kai was so pleasant and actually fun to work with. She took a lot of time with me making sure that I was getting just what I wanted and expected. She helped me so much with the technical aspects specific to my car. I'm not tech savvy, and she was patient and most informative while showing me how to get the .most from my purchase. Jeana was something of a miracle worker when finalizing my whole PKG. As well as pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank you to Kai and Jeana, you're the best.

Great experience, the only issue was needing to give my

Great experience, the only issue was needing to give my SSN 3x for the credit app and my deposit was not carried through although I understand you have a new system, and I was one of the first to be entered in the system. We will be leasing a new Subaru when my wife's is due.
