This was my best dealership experience to date; Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. The expectations were clear, and even though I had to wait for my vehicle to arrive from the factory, I was quoted a reasonable timeline and the car was delivered before the quoted timeframe. I particularly appreciated Ryan giving me a walkthrough of all of the features of my new car; I've purchased two new vehicles in the past, including another Subaru at a different dealership, and I never felt I got this level of service during the final transition, so I appreciate Ryan taking the time to do it. My only "opportunity for improvement" would be to have proactively let me know the vehicle was in; I had to follow up a few times to schedule time to pick up my car, which was the only minor negative in the whole experience.

Sales person never contacted me about my cars delivery.

Sales person never contacted me about my cars delivery. Was treated poorly and didn’t have any of my questions answered. If I ever do buy another Subaru it will never be from Wilde Subaru again.

Our sales representative Dave Lehman did an out standing

Our sales representative Dave Lehman did an out standing job in representing us in our purchase. We have purchased numerous autos over the years thru Dave because of his integrity and handling of the purchase transaction. We just purchased our 3rd Subaru on Friday from Dave at Wilde Subaru. Due to changes that the sales office wanted to make we almost terminated the purchase but Dave's effort to meet our needs kept the transaction alive and we completed the purchase.

Our salesperson, Dave, went above and beyond to help us find purchase the perfect car. He was professional and was very knowledgeable about the Subaru's. Steve from the business office was nice and efficient. We bought a Forester and are extremely satisfied with our experience.

They had what I was looking for and few other options for me to see and test drive. All in all a pleasant buying experience. You'll be getting my business again in he future.
