Luis from the get go went above and beyond even after I

Luis from the get go went above and beyond even after I purchased the car. Everything I asked for was done immediately. His service was impecable! If you are looking for a car go see Luis. Also Michael the manager gave top notch service also. Also Matt in the service department was top notch also. It is hard to find a card dealer that is honest and keeps their word. This dealership and everyone I have mentioned is a diamond in the ruff-You will not be disappoitned buying a car from Luis-Go see him! 10 out of 10!

This dealership was very rude !

This dealership was very rude ! The one a be porter acts like he runs all the operations! They were too busy to do my oil change CLAMING they had 14 cars ahead of me from now on I take all my business to a different dealership customer service very rude!

Sales person seemed new and possibly a little lost.

Sales person seemed new and possibly a little lost. Test drove the vehicle and loved it and wanted to make deal for the car. The dealer however had other ideas. When it came time to talk price they jacked the price up 5K over MSRP and when asked why the sales person said it was because I was a new customer and they can't give new customers a vehicle at MSRP or below. I told him then make me a customer but he laughed it off so I said ok well were done then. Sales person acted shocked that we were done and I wasn't willing to play his xx games. I went to Napelton's Kia a few days later and got the same vehicle under MSRP. Way to go Castle Kia you guys are a joke.

Extremely friendly and no pressure.

Extremely friendly and no pressure. Great to go to. Matt our sales men from Kia was nice and very helpful. The finance with George was very easy used new device for signing made it very easy. Sales manager for Kia is a great guy!

First time getting a car under my name. Expectations were high, I believe standards were met. A little strict than others I have visited but overall happy with my purchase. Wendy did a good job

Great service throughout our buying experience and Matt

Great service throughout our buying experience and Matt was kind to drive the car out to our home as we were told the car would be available onsite when we came out; however, it was still in transit. Wonderful experience overall!
