Initial wait time was great. I only needed a tore rotation for this service. Over the phone, I was quoted 29.95 but upon checking out, I was charged 49.95. I was told the price increased. My issue was that the service advisor did not tell me when I checked the car in for the service. Next day, I noticed the required service indicator was not reset. I called the dealership and the service advisor asked me to bring the car back in. Once there the advisor reset the indicator then told me how to do it. I felt this should have been told to me over the phone so I would not have to drive 40 minutes back to the dealership then 40 minutes back home. Not sure if I will be using this dealership for the next service.
