Great experience!
Great experience! I had previous negative experiences at other dealerships where I felt pressured and didn't follow through with the sale as a result. This was the complete opposite! Samuel Papino was super helpful and made it pressure-free.

Went in for a transmission flush and fog lightnulb
Went in for a transmission flush and fog lightnulb change. A week later I found the oil dipstuck and 3 bolts lying in my wiper blade area if the car. I terraced the dipdyick back in the oil, but was waiting to go back to the dealer to find out what those bolts went to.

The time that my maintenance would take was two hours and
The time that my maintenance would take was two hours and it ended in three and a half hours that delayed all the things that had to be done during the day and it doesn't seem right to me

My service advisor was not only very professional, but also very considerate and friendly. The same goes for the Terri in finance. My vehicle was was completed earlier than the request time and all seem well. Another reason that I like this Kia location, is because of how clean and comfortable the waiting area is.
