My “Pro Woman” Experience at Brown’s Manassas Kia

Being a female, it’s an ongoing stigma that women get taken advantage of in dealerships. I had an experience like that at the last dealership I was at. At Brown’s, I actually felt comfortable, so much to the point that I didn’t feel like I needed my husband with me. There was no aggressive sales tactics and I felt like I was free to go at any time if I didn’t like the deal. Feeling pressured is a big source of anxiety when buying a car and I didn’t have that at all. At each step of the process, through negotiations and financing, were calm, and composed. My salesman, Angel let me look in as many cars as I wanted. He asked if I wanted him to go on test drive with me, instead of insisting on it, and when it came to negotiating the value of my trade in, he didn’t go grab a manager to come discuss with me how they are “giving me a better than great deal” or “losing money on this purchase, but have to move cars off the lot”. (These are the things my husband dealt with the day prior at a different dealership). I am a person that knows exactly which car I’m going for before even stepping foot on a lot, so the energy of the employees there is what is most important to me.

Great car buying exp

Pedro DeLeo is a great rep and guided me through the Kia sales process without making me feel pressured. He made me quite comfortable and I never felt like he was just trying to make another sale.

Good selection of cars. Friendly staff

A good selection of cars inventory. Friendly and helpful staff to find a car that fit our needs and budget. However, finance department made some errors in processing our loan.

Fantastic Buying Experience

Youstin M. was wonderful. He had the car ready to test drive when we arrived and stayed attentive through the entire buying process. This is the second vehicle we bought from him and will recommend him to our friends and relatives.
