Huge shout-out to the General Manager at Kia Safford Brown Manassas for providing wonderful service! He navigated through some difficulties and ultimately made sure I left 100% happy with my customer satisfaction. I'm incredibly impressed and will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends!

They only gave me one key fob when I bought the car and

They only gave me one key fob when I bought the car and promised to have another one made fore me after I took delivery. That never happened. I had to go to another dealership for the fob. $556 later problem solved, no thanks to Safford Brown Kia.

Very responsive and attentive to detail on what I need.

Very responsive and attentive to detail on what I need. Waiting room is also very welcome with coffee machine, snacks and water so i can focus on work while waiting.

The service is to busy, I take my car in a month ago with

The service is to busy, I take my car in a month ago with driver side tire low on pressure. They did the recall on the vehicle and add air to tire. They didn't check on why it was losing air. When I toke it on for the tire. They find nail in the tire and I would have to pay for the repair. The tire have been losing pressure from day one with vehicle
