Was good service except for they didn’t listen to me,

Was good service except for they didn’t listen to me, what ended up being wrong was what I told them. Ended up having to waste another day and another ride waiting on the part

The lease price quoted on their website for the vehicle

The lease price quoted on their website for the vehicle including taxes and fees was not honored and they hiked the price even though I had the quote printed for their perusal. Why would you quote something and offer something else. That is deceptive.
