Ali was a wonderful salesperson and was happy to answer
Ali was a wonderful salesperson and was happy to answer all of our questions. The dealership was clean and neat. There were several workers dealing with other customers. Only complaint was I had called several times the week before about the vehicle, confirming the price and appointment and interest in the car and when arrived, they didn’t seem to know what was going on. The car was also filthy dirty when shown it.

Prices were fair and Jeanne was super helpful! We spent a good while in there, but she kept us accommodated and in good company. Everyone was knowledgeable and open to trying to get the buyer a good deal however they could.

I wish it was no star at all I will rate it 0 this place I don’t recommend at all only few people are honest there so much happen with a bmw I got well first I got an x3 less than a week the radiator was messed up car was leaking took back you think everything was as fix no in less than 2 weeks after we picked the car then boom it shut off completely on us in the middle of nowhere in Va we pay out of pocket to get it towed they promised to give the money back but they never did… long story short we decided to upgrade it to another bmw x5 thinking that will be better lord same thing it shut off on us in the middle of New Jersey turnpike we called bmw to get roadside assistance the dealership promised to pay us 50% back of whatever we were being charged for towing it from jersey to Manassas because it was $1200 plus another $200 for authority to get it out of the turnpike… basically car had starter issues and battery they got fix never call me to tell me anything about the service that was done or that my car was ready I had to call to check in with them… I asked for my check about the 50% never got it and Manager told me that we not supposed fix your car when I have warranty on my car with them a car I just got from them in January anyway to many scammers and liars in this dealership Angel oh the worser smh I am working on suing them for so many things and for selling me a bad car I leave everything in god hands they will see for sure specially angel one of the managers 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years but this was my first Kia. We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. They worked with us each step & made sure we were happy customers. Our sales consultant Henry was so kind and made our experience a positive one. I’d recommend him to my family and friends anytime. The finance department (Ayham is who helped us) worked with us and it was a positive experience, which is not always the case. I’d highly recommend this dealership. Not pushy, they were up front, & willing to work with us for what we needed. We left with the vehicle we wanted & would return for a new vehicle in the future.

My first visit to this dealership for service was very good. However, my second visit for service at this dealership was even better. My service technician was friendly and trustworthy. I didn’t have worry about being charged for services that I didn’t need. My car was returned to me clean and all issues were fixed. I experienced minimal wait time. I recommend this dealership to anyone who needs service or maintenance on their Kia.

I purchased a new Telluride on the first weekend of
I purchased a new Telluride on the first weekend of January 2025. After signing all of the paperwork they realized that they could not find the second key fob. I was promised by the salesperson that he would follow up and never did. He also lied about being able to have one mailed. I know now that is not technically possible. I spoke with him the following week and reminded him via phone. After three weeks, I left a voice mail and he did not return my call. I decided to visit in-person again. I discovered that the salesperson had left. I spoke to a pair of sales managers while there. While I left with another pledge to follow up after having one of them smirk and shrug at me. I have no faith in them now. I guess I'll need to pay another dealer for a spare key.

Yes. I tried that a few weeks ago and left a voice mail. He had not returned my call either as with the sales manager. This dealership seems unconcerned with repeat customers. The salesman left within two weeks. I imagine the managers are not planning to remain another 5 years either so it's not their problem either
