Excellent new car purchase experience! I came to Safford Brown on a snowy day and John Sasso had the car I came to see warmed up and cleared of snow - gave me and my wife an excellent demonstration and answered all of our questions with an awesome attitude - we were sold on the dealership from the start and bought our first Kia...loving it!

Except customer service but wait time was pretty long. However, they do offer a free car service to take you home and bring you back which I will probably use next time.
