7:30 appointment. I was offered to wait for it but said I would be back at 4 after work. When I got there at 4, my car had not even been looked at.

Good costumer service over all.
Good costumer service over all. Promise time was three hours but they took more than seven hours. no any update at all regarding the delay which I have to follow up every hour. I hope this will not happen again

The staff were great but I noticed the mechanics were
The staff were great but I noticed the mechanics were very slow moving. The appointment took longer because of that. Also, my windshield wipers passed inspection some how. On the way home I could hardly see with the rain and stopped to get new wipers and now I can see. This makes me question what else was disregarded.

The last general( oil and filter and over all service)
The last general( oil and filter and over all service) was not good or complete. They did not check or top off the liquids ( window washer and radiator reservoirs) leaving us to believe as they have checked and completed in past service appointment, over the many years that we have come in for service was completed. What is happening since the merger?
