It may sound like an advertisement, but it is true. My experience at Safford Brown Kia felt like family. EVERYONE! From Eddie who called us Sunday morning, to John (who listened to our wants and worked hard to find the perfect car for us), our salesman, to Toobah who handled the financing. I felt like everyone was looking out for my best interest. It was a pleasure to deal with every person we dealt with. I had a great experience when buying a used car at

I had a great experience when buying a used car at Safford Brown. Bryant was very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous to my young, precocious daughter. The facility was great and I think I got a great deal without any hassle, or high pressure sales tactics. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership and my salesman. Thanks!

Vehicle was not delivered when promised and when asked

Vehicle was not delivered when promised and when asked why, I was informed that there were 10 vehicles scheduled at the same time I was as if that was my doing. This was 100% avoidable. Stuff like this happens EVERY time I bring my vehicle to this dealership.
