I appreciate Stafford Brown Kia Manassas and continue to bring my car back due to their friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent staff and honest diagnosis when it comes to maintenance needed for my car. I especially appreciate Michele for always being so pleasant and for her excellent communication and making sure I’m taken care of.

Car buying for me is never a pleasant experience, and

Car buying for me is never a pleasant experience, and while Safford Brown Kia Manassas is a pleasant enough dealership, the entire car buying process is rife with confusions, add-ons and delays all designed to wear the customer down. Safford Brown Kia Manassas is no different. Had I not already chosen the car and price I wanted, I would stay away from a car dealership as if it were the carrier of a plague. Shakeeb ("Ali") Akbarzai was pleasant and accommodating, although he confessed he was rather new to Kia. We took a test drive and he seemed knowledgeable about the car, although he didn't spend the time to explain the workings of the interface after the car was delivered. Not that I needed it, though. I confess that I was somewhat surprised that the negotiated price of the car jumped about $8,000 when it came time to signing the papers. I did agree on an extended warranty, but declined everything else. I found that disappointing, but as said earlier, I had been worn down too much to walk away at the time of signing. That's the biggest knock I have on the car buying experience. Safford Brown Kia Manassas is no different in that regard than any other dealership I've purchased from in over fifty years of car buying.

Browns Manassas KIA looks like it is going out of

Browns Manassas KIA looks like it is going out of business. No parts department. No cashier. Only 1 service customer service agent. Boxes of old invoices sitting around. I remember when this was a first class dealership. It’s a third rate dealership now. Disappointing. What happened?!!!!

Our service department business is up over 200% year-over-year and we are currently adding new people, changing processes and rearranging interior space to accommodate the increase in business since our new ownership. Michelle was friendly, efficient and pleasant. She was the only advisor on duty but handled everything with a friendly smile. My service took a bit longer than anticipated but my car was clean and ready to go and worth the little wait.
