Very busy location but attentive and kind staff.
Very busy location but attentive and kind staff. Would like to see the service department expand! It wasn't clear they offered free Lyft service when I dropped off the vehicle, but it was offered when I went for pickup. I will use both directions in the future.

I car was there for recall, they called me and said my oil plug was leaking, so I had them do an oil change and replace the plug. I went to have another oil change and I had oil all over the undercarriage, so I took it back and they said my oil pan was cracked and guess where the crack was, yes by the oil plug. I believe that they tightened the plug too tight, because it was not like that when they changed the oil plug.

Whether I'm just dropping the Forte for service or waiting for it to be completed, Ive always been promptly assisted and/or checked on as I wait. Its nice feeling considered especially when its busy.

The sales person I was working with checked in the day
The sales person I was working with checked in the day before the sale to ensure I was ready to trade in my car and purchase another car at the dealership. We agreed on a number for the trade in value and price of the purchase vehicle. When I showed up on the day, the sales person was not working. No big deal, life happens. However, they had no record of my call or appointment when I showed up after driving two hours. I would have expected some kind of hand off or note after I spoke with both sales and one of the finance managers. Fortunately, the other manager working that day took my word and accepted the deal as I stated we agreed on, and we got the deal done. The car itself looks like it had been vacuumed well, but needs an exterior detail. Looks like they just ran it through the automated car wash.
