This team was great.

This team was great. I came in for an oil change and rotate and multi point inspection. I was updated on all specs from brake pads to tire life and filter life. After the service was completed the washed and vacuumed the car which is much appreciated. Much better service than koons Kia in Woodbridge. . Thank you all for everything.

I had my 2022 EV6 GT line in for UCCI software updating.

I had my 2022 EV6 GT line in for UCCI software updating. Jonathan and Michele told me what updates would be done and how long it would take. The job was done right the first time! The free coffee was good! Lounge was comfortable. I told them NOT to wash or vacuum my car. They listened! Highest compliments to Michele and Jonathan!

Kia Manassas always provides me with exceptional service!

Kia Manassas always provides me with exceptional service! I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Instead of waiting for my car in the dealership, I chose to go to the Manassas Mall to eat and shop. They hired Lyft drivers to drive me there and pick me up at no cost to me.

From the time that we schedule the appointment everything went just about perfect as far as reminders both by phone and texting when we arrived at the dealer the timing the estimates the courtesy of the people the knowledge of the people especially Michelle bolden the checkout it all went just about as well as it could be and we thank you for the good
