Very clean and very modern facility.

Very clean and very modern facility. Good environment to conduct business in. The Finance department was absolutely excellent in terms of straight forward explanations. Sam Papino was the epitome of excellence and the consummate professional.

I felt that my vehicle wasn’t looked at properly, it was

I felt that my vehicle wasn’t looked at properly, it was word of mouth of what he said was wrong I had no paperwork saying what the problem was or anything just a carwash I have had my vehicle serviced there for sometime. But now I’ll be taking my vehicle we’re I can get better customer service care if only he gave something that I can get a second opinion but I didn’t get that. I’m not happy

The routine maintenance and recall were done in the time

The routine maintenance and recall were done in the time promised My advisor was helpful,friendly and professional.The car wash was great .The inside cleanup was cursory.3 out of 5. It was done but it left a lot to be desired

John Sasso and his manager, Kevin, were incredibly

John Sasso and his manager, Kevin, were incredibly helpful and outstanding! John patiently listened to our needs and was very easy to work with. Communication through SMS text was very responsive. Price matched our agreement without any hidden or unexpected costs. The entire purchase process was pretty straightforward, and by the time the paperwork was completed at their finance department, our new Forte GT-Line was sparkling clean and ready at the door. Sincerely thanks to John and Kevin for the exceptional service they provided, and will definitely come back if we decided to buy our next Carnival!

Waited 2 hours for a state inspection. Not ok. Would rather pay for it elsewhere and be in and out.

I had my appointment at 1:15 PM , my cars did not get in

I had my appointment at 1:15 PM , my cars did not get in for the inspection until 2:00PM , so the waiting time was very long ,plus the cleaning and washing was not done good . this is just a feedback not a compline.the service dept person has the paper work done and just let them on the top of his disk until i asked him my car is done and it ready ? it's parked on customer car pick up , then he starts on then thank you .
