I already did this survey. It was great. Everything perfect. Can I be done now. However, Charles no longer owns a kia and for some reason they can't take his name off my account due to the warrenty. Also, Charles has moved so I don't appreciate you keeping us connected.

I will leave it at this. I do not feel that they were completely honest with me. I called them out on something and got my way without any confrontation in return. I know what I said was correct. I performed this task at a previous employer. I know I was correct. It makes me feel like they get paid a commission for extras that them are able to generate.
