Terrible service department.
Terrible service department. Not friendly-they won't acknowledge you when you walk in, or after you stand there waiting. Poor communication about repairs. Very overpriced, bad value.

This dealership is very honest. In fact, Jonathan recommended I not do some of the services I had originally intended to do. Reason being I did not need them. You do not see this at every dealer! Very pleasant and easy to do business with.

The service department did a great job of checking me in and getting my vehicle serviced. JK Sitton did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process and letting me know about things they found in the multi-point inspection process.
