She is knowledgeable about my car, and always walks me to my car when it's ready. This was a very professional service, but it took 2 hours
This was a very professional service, but it took 2 hours just to get an oil change and a state inspection. I know they are very busy, but I did make an appointment so that I could be assured of when my car would be seen and I would get to leave. However, the care they took with the services was fine and the car is in fine working order.
