Jonathan was courteous and pleasant. I do know not who the repair technician was, but his diagnosis for suspension noise is completely off the mark. I spent two and a half hours waiting only to be told at the end that my after market wheel covers were causing suspension noise. I'm starting to wonder about KIA "service" and if I should recommend those vehicles to anyone I know. I went to another KIA dealer for repair on a window and after two hours it was declared "fixed". It was never touched by the techs. I'm going to ask whoever reads this to consider whether this type of treatment would be appreciated if it were your own family. I'm sorry to say that it would not surprise me if there were no response to this survey at all.
