John Sasso was great, but I did feel like my options were not specifically laid out for me. I have been a customer of Kia for over ten years, and asked that I not have to go back and forth four times. But, instead I have to go back next week to turn in the car and receive a loaner, only to turn and go back the next day. Not good customer service.

This dealership and salesman were great in helping me choose the right vehicle for me. It was an overall great experience.

Michele is always a pleasure as my advisor. She always keeps me well informed! I always make sure that I book my appointments through her as I know my vehicle is in great hands.

Michele and the service team conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner during my visit. In the future I will wait until a coupon is sent to me before I schedule routine service, as I feel that $100 for an oil change is on the expensive side.
