What I loved is that they are not pushy in the sales

What I loved is that they are not pushy in the sales process. Khalid was patient with me while I tried to talk myself out of making a large purchase. It involved three different test drives, including two separate vehicles and multiple stops back at the dealership. I know we got the best price, and there's no doubt that we'll be back to purchase vehicle # 5 from them when that time comes! We also enjoyed working with the Finance Manager for our financing. He got us an outstanding rate. Now, if we can only find a way to speed the paperwork process up once the decision has been made, then that would knock it out of the park!

Power window in front passenger door failed I also needed oil change & state inspection. Kia team was able to find the necessary parts for the window and repair the car within the original committed schedule. A job well done!

Excellent service experience this time and every time I've taken my 2024 Kia Sportage in for service. Nice waiting room and facilities. Snacks and beverages were provided at no charge. Staff are polite and professional. Service performed in a reasonable time.
