We have been using Safford Brown Kia for over a year now,

We have been using Safford Brown Kia for over a year now, and the overall value is always good. The staff is friendly, helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable. The problem is that you never the sense that the work is being done with a sense of purpose and urgency, so there's a lot of waiting. I tend to wait while the work is being done, and being able to watch the service bay through the window gives a good gauge of downtime.
