Jonathan was just wonderful from the moment I walked in
Jonathan was just wonderful from the moment I walked in for my appointment and throughout the time I was at the service center. He greeted me promptly and professionally, showing me where I could wait and enjoy some coffee. He checked in on me and updated me on the status of my car. When it was time to explain the estimate of services needed, he did so very clearly and in a way that conveyed his trustworthiness. I am very impressed with the service at this dealership! We have bought two Kia’s here and I am sure that our next one will be from this dealership as well. It’s not the closest Kia dealership to my home, but I will drive a bit further to get to this one, where my husband and I have always been treated fairly, honestly, and with warm professionalism.

Friendly, knowledgeable. Michelle politely informed me that indeed my steering wheel is adjustable and politely showed me how to adjust it. Excited as I have driven my Kia for 5 years and was unaware of it. Kudos to Kia and it’s staff
