I thought Joon Ko was very friendly, polite and made me feel comfortable in a place where I normally wouldn't. My husband and I have always had excellent customer service since the day we drove my new Mazda of the lot.

I came in without a appointment and they took me right away and had my 7,500 mile service done in no time. AND the Price was only $29.99. Way less than I expected from a dealership. Allen and his team were very easy to work with. I will definetly return. TW

They were very friendly and attentive and completed the work in a timely manner. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Stan even went above and beyond to have someone from the Fairfax location come out and give me an estimate on the body work that I need to have done.

Mr.Groft is by far the best service person I have ever...

Mr.Groft is by far the best service person I have ever dealt with.Before I could get out of my car he was there to discuss my concerns and write the car up. I was only there for an oil change and state inspection but was treated like i was spending 1000's Mr. Groft told me my veh would be ready in 1 hour and much to my surprise 55 min later I was driving away completly satisfied. Thank you so much for your prompt service and great cust service I will deal with you and nobody else.

Went in for 15,000 mi maintenance and state inspection. Prompt attention, concise and thorough explanation of what would be done, pleasant environment while waiting for service. This is not my first trip back for routine work, and I have always been treated with respect and courtesy by whatever service person was behind the desk.

For the over all of this place: I have my oil change and...

For the over all of this place: I have my oil change and 10000 mile maintenance services done in this location. I feel this place is good. I like the design of waiting area for customers, though they need to replace the broken parts of PS2 controllor. They provide nice place for watching Digital TV, coffee, PS2 gaming, tables if you need to do personal things, and area for childrens to play and watch videos. I normally go there in the morning or in the afternoon, not many people are around, so I do not really get to waite too long. To me, they are friendly as normal level and they do their service as they said. I have not meet any problem with them. For the service department: They listen to what your questions about your car are and do what they can and what they know about fixing your issue(s). I have no problem with them as they did great job on assisting me to figure out a problem is truly exist or just personal erroneous feeling. I do like to keep on my service done in this location for my 2010 Mazda CX-7.
