I recently purchased a Certified 2017 Mazda CX-5. They promised to put 2 new tires on the front of vehicle. Made appointment, brought vehicle in to be done. Hala told me it would be done in less than an hour and it was! Great service department! Looking forward to any future service to be done there. Thanks Hala!

They fixed issues that another Browns mazda dealership created on my vehicle. Honest. Friendly. I would honestly encourage all people who get their vehicles serviced at Brown's Fairfax Mazda to switch to Chantilly.

Matt and Carlos were amazing! My wife and I knew the Cx-5 was the perfect car for us and the way Matt handled the transaction was soo straightforward, simple and painless. Got a great price, Carlos came by with the car and paper work to our house and we could not be happier with the process. I suspect Carlos knows more about these cars than the guys (robots?) that built it! The home delivery is the new way to buy a car and I would'nt do it any other way, and I would not buy a car from anyone other then Carlos and Matt. We love it!! Thanks guys!!!

FCRA violation, credit pull without permissible purpose
walked in the door with usaa financing in hand. didnt want, need, or apply for credit through them. then salesman and other dude (finance?) say its "federal law" they have to run my credit, saying its "irs", "money laundering", "patriot act" requirement, etc. make it sound like their hands are tied and its "federal law" and nothing to do about it. wish i talked to my lawyer first !!! now have hard inquiry on credit for no reason whatsoever. do some research on your own this is a common dealership ploy. very common. so preparing criminal referral now to us district atty and state atty general. so party's over Browns.

Kind, Patient, Respectful, Great Cars!
I put off car shopping for over a year because I was convinced it would be a horrible experience with pushy sales people and little actually test driving. Brown's Chantilly Mazda was the complete opposite! My first impression at Brown's Mazda was with John Gutierrez, Sales Manager, who was immediately very encouraging of getting in and driving cars. He asked what I was looking for and put me in the closest vehicle they had. He was so relaxed and kind and accommodating that I then actually wanted to stay and talk more about the cars. John introduced me to Carlos Bonds who asked good questions to understand that budget was really important to me. He priced out a few cars for me respecting my budget requirements. It was because of John and Carlos that I returned two weeks later to test drive two vehicles that I had narrowed my search down to. Nick Kolodny kindly and patiently helped me with the final test drives, was very informative on the vehicles, and walked me through the closing process. I ended up leasing a brand new Mazda 3 Hatchback. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, the sales team, and the car! Thank you so much for making this a good experience for me! I strongly recommend Nick, Carlos, and John at Brown's Mazda if you are in the market for a new car. They will inform and positively influence your search no matter what you end up with.

Great Used Car Shopping Experience
I have been shopping for a car for my son. During this process, I've been to at least 15 car dealers. This dealer has by far been the best to deal with. The salesman was very professional, and not pushy at all. The manager actually took me for a test drive when the salesman was busy the second time I came in. Hopefully I will end up buying a car here.
