Great personalized service
I brought my 'new' (new to me) Mazda 3 back for help in connecting with Sirius radio. I was met in the parking lot by Ne (I'm sorry--I don't remember his name exactly). He was waiting for me. He took care of everything, making the call to Sirius, making sure the connection was made, etc. I was very pleased.

Attentive but uneven service
Salesperson Tyler was responsive and listened initially. Sales managers (dealt with both Matt and Gino) helpful initially, but actually taking delivery of vehicle could have been smoother.

I was about 20 minutes early, and the work was started then...The car wash was excellent...A free state inspection was added on...Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous

Excellent Service
Always personable care but this time was best. My original customer service rep had returned to the Fairfax location by this visit. She went the extra length to double-check specific requests were actually accomplished this visit (e.g., resetting the service wrench light [I only need to do oil/filters every 6 months, not 3], which had been overlooked last visit; ensuring service coupons on account were applied).

The service took an expected amount of time. The waiting area was perfectly adequate. The service managers explained the service performed, and were pleasant to deal with. They were customer focused.
