I had an awesome experience at Safford Brown Mazda

I had an awesome experience at Safford Brown Mazda Fairfax. I purchased a used vehicle and the process was so great. My salesman Baz is great. During the signing of the paperwork Nick Shirley was really good. He went through the different warranty packages and really explained them well. In the end, I did not purchase one (due to fi ancillary restraints) but I felt like I gained an education and Nick was not at all pushy. His approach will help a lot of people!! I definitely give this dealership a 5 star rating!!!

Excellent customer service😊

Service dept. did an excellent job! especially from Ms. Lara Stauff she was very responsive when i had a question. Staffs are friendly and professionals. Highly recommended.

Do not purchase here!

I wish I could give 0 starts. I’ve worked in customer service for many years so I value businesses that provide quality customer service. I wish I could say this for browns Mazda. I purchased a 2020 used vehicle December 18. During my experience I worked with Debbie. Not the most professional sales agent. She made a comment on my salary during our deal stating “wow I guess teachers finally make money” first 🚩 and very unprofessional for her to comment on salary. After purchasing this vehicle. The transmission blew out 10 days later on I-95. I was so furious. I called the dealership multiple times and Debbie and Stan gave me the run around for days! It took them 7 days just to come row my car to a dealership to get looked at. Nothing but he/she say. No one cares about helping me get a loaner and getting a appointment to get the car fixed under warranty. They have very poor communication and I had to call multiple times just to get a answer. Left many messages no return calls. Stan told me one thing then it didn’t fall through and I never received communication unless I called asking what’s going on with get a loaner, car towed and my car serviced. Unless you want to buy a car from a dealership that doesn’t run thorough inspections and provide horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

My most sincere apologies for the unprofessionalism of my team and for the issues you are having with your newly purchased pre-owned vehicle. Due to the fact that your vehicle is not a Mazda, we have had challenges in coordinating a timely diagnosis and repair of the transmission. We now have the corporate and service management teams from the appropriate manufacturer involved to remedy. Additionally, we have delivered a loaner for your use until the transmission can be replaced. Additionally, I have spoken at length with both Debbie and Stan regarding your unacceptable experience both during and after the sale. Amazing remote buying experience

Nenad was absolutely stellar throughout the whole process! Being from out of town we were completely comfortable based on his communication from beginning to end—answering questions, ensuring we had all the information prior to committing, and having all documentation completed prior to arriving. This has been the single best experience at a dealership we’ve ever had.

Brown's Fairfax Mazda is the best!

Brown's Fairfax Mazda is the best! I have two Mazdas and I wouldn't get them serviced anywhere else. They are fantastic!
