My disappointment is with the warranty plan. I was only slightly over mileage and not covered. The shop was fine

Up front and reasonable on repairs needed and pending issues. Good advice in needed repairs, and addressing future problems.

Yama made the entire buying experience terrific. He patiently showed me three different cars and explained the features of each in comprehensive detail. Financing was simple and quick. The entire process was outstanding and much better than any experience from other dealers and brands.

I had a pretty good experience at the Safford Brown dealership. I worked directly with Doris who was really nice and who I‘d highly recommend . Generally the team was very hospitable. The only issue thatch had was that I was sent a special in the mail stating that I had a series of options available to me as a loyal and preferred customer based on my credit score and history of always making payments on time. That was not quite the case. Initially this was not recognized. Later I was told I can pay less than what was due on the mileage I expended over my annual quota.

We experienced very professional and timely service from both the showroom staff and finance office.

The sales team worked with my wife and I and gave us the deal we were looking for.

Everything was great with the salesman and the finance department . I will definitely will be back but next time I hope the new vehicle has a full tank of gas in it and the low fuel light doesn’t come on like the journey back home like this time.
