The dealership is top notch all the way from the initial meeting through financing. No pressure, knowledgeable staff and my fastest car buying experience ever from a dealer. The manager that assisted with the purchase was Kayla, I believe. She was knowledgeable, efficient and has a great sense of humor. My sales consultant, Tommy Stith, was attentive, efficient and very thorough. Overall a great car buying experience. Highly recommended this dealership

Customer service was great.
Customer service was great. The representative did his best and i am thankful I just wished that ghe dealer ship will have at least a pair of tires that is needed in cases like mine , instead of waiting two days to order the tire. Also as a customer that couldn’t use the vehicle because of flat and no inventory of tires, would not be charged. For car rental. Please have inventory of needed parts for emergencies. ( tires in my case) Representative ( Eddie) was great and was patient with me, despite my disappointment that the tire was needed two days to be delivered Again , i think the dealership need to have inventory of tires for emergencies, and if not to give a rent for free.

I have been going there since 2018 and have never been disappointed. Meredith provided excellent and very honest advice on a complex job that involved several different major services and maintenenace contract services. I can't say how very much I appreciated her support. The sales, maintenance, and parts staff at Safford Brown Subaru have never let me down and I intend to continue doing business there going forward.
