Bob Grouge was a breath of fresh air for sales. We purchased the Crosstek based on his treatment of my daughter on her purchase of the Forrester. He is knowledgeable, personable, and cared about the satisfaction of the customer with the purchase. Sam Ramadan Was also excellent and as a manager understood the knowledge of the customer in the buying process and knowledge of the buyers financials. As such he was straight forward in presenting the options. In a professional manner.

I came in for an oil change, and I was treated with respect and courtesy. I was offered refreshments wile waiting. The facility was clean and welcoming. The rep explained what needed to be done and all my options.

For once I just can't believe.
For once I just can't believe....from the time I saw my vehicle online...til I signed the last paper...Gabe just represented himself to be true blue....he never at anything tried to sell me something I didn't want....and the young lady that finished up my paper work with me was sooooo nice...we were talking about biscuits...I got so hungry. I came over 400mi to get my car....and the way I was treated I will do it again THANKS 😊 YALL MUCH ❤️LOVE Ree SC
