I have never had an issue bring my vehicle in for repair. The service writers and mechanics do great work and are very professional.

Beware of service.

Beware of service. Worst service in the nation. My car was in the service department for the third time for the same problem and they left the keys in the car with the doors unlocked and my car was stolen. After it was joyridden through the desert for two weeks it was recovered in bad shape. They acknowledged that they had left the keys in the car and did nothing. Now I am out a jeep that was in mint condition, the items that were in it, and my insurance deductible. I have had 9 jeeps and 2 rams and have always had them serviced at the dealer. I just moved here last year and am now willing to drive 70 miles down the hill to get good service.

Came in dropped off my Jeep.

Came in dropped off my Jeep. With in 3 hour they called and Jeep was ready for pickup. Easy

I’m heading out on a trip to see family in a week and

I’m heading out on a trip to see family in a week and brought in my Durango to have it checked over before the trip, they were able to get me in and out quick with a full inspection, even got the oil changed per the inspection, Ray was very easy to deal with, never felt pressured to buy an extra services, been coming here for a long time now and will keep coming back!

In a word, disappointing.

In a word, disappointing. I was told my repair was $1,000.00. I asked if my warranty covered it and they didn't even know I had a warranty. Then I was assured that all repairs were covered, all the sudden they were not. I was promised the repair would take 1 day, it took 3. They forgot to order the parts!!!! When the car was done, no one called me, I called only to find it has BEEN sitting and done. Then I was charged the wrong price and had to pay additional money later. I was lied to, treated like I didn't matter, told all the wrong information. If I didn't have to go to the dealership for the warranty, I wouldn't. There is a bit more to my story starting out with my oil change, but I'm sure you get the idea.

I’m so pleased that my van was looked at so thoroughly.

I’m so pleased that my van was looked at so thoroughly. The service personal were very polite and kind. Asked if I had any questions, the manager even showed where I could find information on the van.
