15,000 mile check up on 2014 escape

Mr. Beck saw to it that all taken care of in timely manner and even a trim that pulls down back door was fixed, thank you for your care.

I have had very good service up until this last time....

I have had very good service up until this last time. When I made the appointment for service I told the receptionist who made the appointment the there were 2 strips that had come off and needed to be put back on the 2 back doors. She said that she would put this on the paperwork. It did not get on the paperwork so now I need to make another appointment to get this done. I asked if I could get a car so it could be done that day since they would need to keep the car all day and I had an appointment that day and was told no they didn’t have a car. So now I have to make another appointment and take time out of my day to have this done. I am not happy.

Service Appointment.

Ivan Green knowledge of his product (Ford Vehicles) is outstanding. The Best of the best. Any additional work he sees when my vehicle is service is authorized with no arguments or second guessing on my part. Complete trust and confidence in his many years as a trusted loyal employee. Communication was great. They didn’t make promises they couldn’t keep. Deliver my truck back to me earlier than expected and I don’t have to rent a truck.

The worst in customer service!!!!! They don’t do work as they state in paper work I can prove they didn’t perform my tire rotation as I marked my tires to prove it Didn’t even top off any fluids Had to drive back my self to fill up the DEF fluid my self!!!!

We love Curtis!

Best experience

It was the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was polite and helpful. There were no hounding sales people which are very annoying to me. Five stars to your team!!!

Ok Experience.

we have purchased several trucks over the years from this location and keep coming back because the service team takes good care of us when we need service. on the sales side, Vince was super helpful and one of the reasons we stayed and went through the exceptionally long process of paperwork, which frankly was RIDICULOUS. Richard was fine, but really didn’t make us feel welcome and hasn’t returned my follow up questions (no code given for keypad to open door). There is no reason that it should take more than two hours after the time of final deal to get to sign paperwork. I almost walked out, it’s horrible customer service and a really horrible experience. I want to get a new car for myself but that experience won’t have me going back anytime soon. There were also several things that the sales group tried to slip in to the deal (different monthly payment than what was agreed to, no warrantee when it was advertised with one).if I hadn’t been paying attention it would have been bad. Even though I was promised two keys I only got one. Electronic signatures allow you to get past the paperwork and a good computer system should allow this to be much more efficient: if you made it easer to buy people would buy more frequently.
