The number one reason for the rating would be my salesman Alem Kidane. His knowledge of the Ford trucks was outstanding. Along with his follow thru with sales process and completion of it. In fact I would rate Alem as the top salesman I have ever had in buying a car or truck. This would include Honda, Acura, Chevy, Nissan, Toyota, Dodge, Porsche, and other Ford products.

Been taking all my Fords to Penske Ford (fromerly Drew Ford). The service is great, although delaer prices are high (as usual). Bonus points for the exterior wash and a bottle of cold water when you pick up your vehicle post service!

This is a great dealership and service center. I purchased my truck new from them in 2012 and have had all maintenance and servicing done with ZERO problems. Mike Vemilla is my Service Advisor and he is the a true professional that cares about his customers and does his absolute best to get you in and out without delays. I now have 122K on my 2012 F350 King Ranch, and this truck still runs and drives as new. Its a "keeper".
