Good customer service, attentive and professional! Always good customer with Mohammed. The waiting room is pleasant and relaxing, I would consider purchasing a car from there when needed.

Memuna was very rude and unprofessional.

Memuna was very rude and unprofessional. She did not clearly explain the Toyota car care packages or my existing coverage. When I mentioned that I never received a pamphlet from previous services, she did not acknowledge my concern. She arrived late and displayed a nonchalant, dismissive attitude, as though assisting me was an inconvenience. This made the early appointment unnecessarily unpleasant. Additionally, the service team failed to remove the disposable floor mat and seat cover after finishing, which reflects poorly on overall service quality.

Horrible service.

Horrible service. No hello or eye contact or smile maintenance and oil change service. Did not fix tire pressure as asked 3 times. Even though stated that they took care of it.

Imani was very responsive.

Imani was very responsive. The parts were not immediately available but she kept me well informed. The repairs were completed within the estimated time frame.

Service department once again did a superb job performing

Service department once again did a superb job performing the required maintenance. The intake was flauless thanks to Mike superb performance and in take supervisor timely decision making. In addition, the parts department and payment department performance is superb as well!

From the moment I called to getting in the same day. I even drove to the wrong dealership (my mistake) and they still accommodated me and they stayed open later than needed! Overall amazing experience for everything! Niyi was awesome!

Our salesman, Adeniyi, was so kind and patient. He wasn?t pushy at all and walked me through the process of purchasing my car! Thanks Adeniyi! The financing man was a bit rude and I had to negotiate a rate, but in the end it all went smooth.
