i purchased a vehicle from this place only on the agreement from the owner that he would fix the steering issue it has because its a 80 mile drive home. the owner ( MO ) agreed in front of me and his sales manager Alton he would fix it. I recommend some parts to be changed that I noticed with my eyes. his mechanics changed the wheel bearings, which was nothing I mentioned. truck still had steering issues. 2 weeks go by I still had no truck. I go up there because no one was giving me a answer over the phone when will it be ready. the owner was telling me he wanted to go through the warranty which is not what we agreed on when I went up there when it was almost the 3rd week. so while im up there I tell them they need to order more parts. steering gear box was messed up and ball joints. that's what I noticed. they changed that and while im up there I go on a test drive with the mechanic, now the truck drives even worse. popping noises and now feels heavy plus steering isn't right still. at this point its been over 28 days I purchased this truck put insurance on , which I made them Uber me back home once because they called me, told me it was ready and it wasn't. I asked for a refund. they said if I don't come get it in 10 days they will do a mechanics lean on it lol. I have multiple conversations recorded over the phone and in person because I knew the owner mo was trying to finesse me. reporting this place to the better business bureau after i leave a review on every place I find of these people. if yall don't believe me. feel free to contact me. stay away from this place. owner complaining he spent so much money out his pocket to fix it like that's my problem. so because he spent his money trying to fix it he says he held his part of the deal, which isn't what we agreed on.

I thought everything happened very quickly and great with excellent service and a good choice of cars especially the pricing
