Because the dealer is not yet in its permanent quarters it took a while to get an appt. Service was a bit slow but seems to have been good.

Very easy to work with. They did not pressure you into making a decision and answered questions very professionally and quickly.

The actual service experience was good. Scheduling was difficult any they would not support the Genesis concierge service, that was a key selling point when I purchased and they simply did not have enough cars to support to support their offer. Location is really small.
