A very positive experience. The selling price and trade-in value were very straightforward and fair; there was no hard sell. The vehicle we purchased, a GV70, is great. We worked with Charlie. He was top notch, accessible and provided excellent service and advice. After we made our purchase decision he introduced us to the service manager; he was helpful. The sales manager Mustapha was very attentive and followed up to make sure we were getting everything we needed and all questions were answered. We didn’t finance the vehicle and particularly liked not having to talk with a finance manager; Charlie handled it all.

This was the first genuinely positive experience that I've ever had at a dealership. The building was clean and provided a nice and relaxing atmosphere while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. The staff were very accommodating and ensured that my needs were met. I will definitely return to this location for my future needs. I may even consider purchasing a vehicle from this location in the future.
