I had an excellent experience at Ross Downing CDJR. The staff members were wonderful to work with, keeping me fully informed throughout the entire service process for my Jeep. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, making the experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their team for their great communication and quality service.

Dealership was easy to work with until the transaction

Dealership was easy to work with until the transaction was over. The vehicle was not detailed properly and was told it was detailed. I also purchased the safe shield Appearance Protection and personnel could not tell me if they applied the safe shield protection.

I bought the vehicle with less than 20,000 miles in late

I bought the vehicle with less than 20,000 miles in late January 2026 and it has been back for service for the same problem eight times. As of Friday the 29th of May, 2026 I told Rebecca Scott to please have my vehicle assembled for me to pick and told her and asked that she notify Ben the general manager that this will be our last direct communication and that going forward all exchanges would be through my attorney. This vehicle has been at the dealer for repairs likely as many days as I’ve had it in my possession since purchased. I am awaiting advice from my attorney regarding sharing my experience on social media and once cleared I plan share the facts regarding this matter.

Everyone was very friendly.

Everyone was very friendly. Kaleigh was patient and knowledgeable about the Jeep Wranglers too. The only thing I didn’t love was how they presented their offer and trade-in. They said it was to be more transparent but it was more confusing than anything and created a situation with the finance manager that made us uncomfortable.
