Buckalew Chevrolet

Bought my first car from Buckalew in 1973 when I was 17. It was a Vega Hatchback and I thought I was the coolest girl at Conroe High School. When I walk into Buckalew I'm treated like I'm their only customer. Everyone is a priority. Thank you for the great service. Darcus Williamson

Repairs

Buckalew had my Buck for over 2 weeks. I got it back and nothing was done. Very disappointed.

Poor Service

Made a appointment to get an oil change & to have windshield washer motor repaired, went to dealership on day of appointment and I thought all work was performed, when I left the dealership and was half way home I checked the washer motor only to find it did not work. So I returned to dealership & then was told that the part was not in stock, I asked why did the service people not inform me before I made a trip so I then had to reschedule and make another trip a week later. I called & talked to the service manager to express my concerns & barely got an apology out of him. No offer for a future free oil change or anything for my inconvenience & the extra time & money it cost me to have to make a second trip. NOT AT ALL HAPPY with the service I received.

Suburban

Service is really bad

Well it is a nice building. I went online and made an appointment to have my truck serviced. Got a confirmation email. Then an email from Steve Romaine telling me he needed me to call him today at 11. I called, no answer, left a message. No return call. Hubby called, no return call. Hubby called back and spoke with a woman who told him they were just too busy to service my truck. Just too busy. I buy a new truck every two years. It will not be from here. If they are too busy to speak to me they don't need my business. Perhaps they just don't want business from women. Who knows but they certainly lost my business and I will do my best to warn other women who drive pickups. But the building is nice.

Service at Quick lube

Third trip to Buckalew's Quick Lube and it will be my last. Checked in a 7:30AM and the oil change and tire rotation was completed at 9:43AM. I had to ask the service writer for the tire rotation even though it clearly states it's part of the oil change package. I was told if you don't ask for it you won't receive the tire rotation. On the way home on Hwy 105 my hood came open. Thank goodness for secondary latches. After I got home I spent thirty minutes cleaning dirty hand prints off my vehicle. Needless to say it was not a good experience.

Need A CTS

I went online inquiring about a 07 Cadillac CTS when I started talking to online representitive I was told that the car had been sold early that day. I was a little hot about that but Stephen Mcmurrey was very helpful and nice.

Buckalew chevrolet listened and now all is good

In my earlier statement there was numerous proplems with Buckalew Chevrolet Paint and Body. All it took was 1 mans envolement and desire to get things done right and to the customers satifaction. I spoke with Donny Buckalew the GM and thats where things turned around on a time. The truck was completed to my satifaction and back to me in 2 days. Donny i am sure is very busy and cant controll everthing everyday, but when brought to his attention things get done and to perfection. Mr Buckalew went above and beyond what i could have expected from anyone. Nick in the service dept did a fantastic job making sure all the previous problems where completed and treated my truck like it was his own.He had the truck fully detailed inside and out and it was a great job. The truck now looks great and i am proud to say while i was there alot with problems i had a chance to look at the new 2014 chevrolet pickup and now considering buying one, when i do it will be from Buckalew and all due to the great service from Donny the GM and Nick in the service dept.
