We came to pick up our car and it had birthmarks all in it from the new paint job scratches the headliner had greasy fingerprints all over it from when they reinstalled it but yet they said it was ready. Picked it up today not much better but we decided we would take it somewhere else and get it fixed properly.

Side mirror broke during car wash

I took my car to get an oil change and upon getting my car back, the side mirror was broke. From the car being washed - which it DIDN’T need since I had it washed the day before. The service person told me about it, ordered the part for it to be replaced and that was the right thing to do and what I would’ve expected. When I went to get it repaired, the part was not correct. It was a bit frustrating not having my driver side mirror replaced and I’m still waiting on it to be replaced which I kno it will be well done but I wish it was faster.

Buckalew Chevrolet-Great Customer Service!

Exceptional Customer Service! We would like to especially thank Beverly Stewart-Becker for coordinating all of the service work that needed to be done on our truck. This is not the first time we have dealt with her. She always treats us like family. She was very attentive in listening to the problems we were having taking notes and kept us informed of the progress of the work being done. Once the work was finished and we came in to pick it up she went over each item and explained everything that was done. The truck came back clean( no grease smudges) and is running great. We know if we have any further problems we can call her and she will be a great help. Thanks again, Kenneth & Sylvia Swatzel
