I was not please with my experience at all with this
I was not please with my experience at all with this dealership. First none of my information was put into the system correctly. They have my husbands email address, his phone number and worse of all they have his middle initial on my paperwork and the car is in my name. They never contacted me to schedule a time to replace the front tires on my vehicle I purchased from them, that they owed to me. I had to take time from my job to go up to the dealership to get answers.

I recently brought my vehicle in to Journey formally Zeigler Nissan for service, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Danny was professional, courteous, and very efficient. Danny clearly explained what needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was completed on time, and my car is running perfectly. They even washed and vacuumed it before returning it to me, which was a nice touch! I really appreciated the transparency and overall customer care. Highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service.
