Not having the written estimate before service caused

Not having the written estimate before service caused problems. I was told an issue would be taken care of without a cost to me and I was charged for the parts. The cost I Calculated was $100 less than what I was charged.

The young man that helped was great!

The young man that helped was great! His name is Tim. He was helpful and knowledgeable. One of my hubcaps was damaged if the car wash. I notice and told him. The manager said it was previous damage and they wouldn’t cover it. My car is a 2025!!! There was the tiniest thing on it but when it came out of the wash it has this humongous peel that looks awful. But they won’t take responsibility.

Very pleased with my new car, thankful I stumbled across

Very pleased with my new car, thankful I stumbled across it on the internet locally in town. My first car to be viewed & I ended up leaving with it the same night! Low miles for it being a 2024 and is in wonderful condition. Very thankful for my purchase at this time & having a reliable pair of wheels. Thank you to Alfred & Nissan Journey - I am very grateful.
