Never explained everything on the car.

Never explained everything on the car. Having issues with the radio and CarPlay and was in the shop two weeks and then another week. Had the vice president of sales of North America. Look at our car thought it was fixed and now it’s acting up again have called twice to talk to somebody about it and cannot get a hold of anybody very unhappy with the service of this company.

Good service.

Good service. Need to be considerate to customers who make an appointment and not have the customer have to wait 2+ hours for an oil change.

There's a nice vibe at this dealership.

There's a nice vibe at this dealership. Everyone has been kind and courteous, and no one seems to be uptight. It's very comfortable there too. It's not a fast process, so that's important. I liked the music too! I hope I wasn't a difficult customer! I knew what I wanted to look at, and why I wanted a trade-in, and it was understood. It turned out well. Thanks to Karen, Renato, Jimmy, Rafael, and special thanks to Tim, who has been my go to for months about former car.
