Danny Talavera is always polite and welcoming.

Danny Talavera is always polite and welcoming. He listens to the reason for my visit and lets me know where the coffee and waiting area is. I usually have plenty of questions and Danny takes the time to answer them all. At my last visit, besides the oil and filter change and tire rotation, Danny recommended a couple additional filter changes and a brake fluid change. I did as he recommended. I told him I was taking a long driving trip in the near future and he made me feel reassured this maintenance work would make me feel more comfortable. It's always a pleasure to see Danny when I come in for service. I give him the highest marks. Thanks you!

Dealership is clean and orderly.

Dealership is clean and orderly. Service advisors are generally helpful and attentive. There are times when you walk in the service advisors don’t acknowledge you right away and it’s kind of awkward

The service team and technician helped with my concerns.

The service team and technician helped with my concerns. They had snacks and a nice selection of drinks and complimentary water. Im definitely going back for my services.

Service was quick.

Service was quick. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I saw that I only got charged for the oil change so I asked if they did my tire rotation and they said they didn’t do it because I didn’t need it. My tires were perfect. I’m glad they were open and honest with me as I always schedule a tire rotation every oil change. Glad I didn’t get charged for something that wasn’t needed.

I was very impressed how Tim , the cashier and the Seevice Supervisor took care of issues that arose and its always a great experience whether we were purchasing our 4 vehicles or coming in for service. Class act. Thank you.

Victoria in the Service Department was thorough,

Victoria in the Service Department was thorough, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator about the service my 2007 X-Terra needed. She kept us informed and had a wonderfully calm and kind demeanor throughout our experience at Zeigler Nissan in Gurnee.
