Waited over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, gas
Waited over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, gas cap installation and check engine light info. No one discussed any condition of my car with 0 feedback on anything including brakes, shocks or why my paint is comming off my back bumper. Waiting room was neglected not from construction but neglect. Even the magazines were 5 or more years old. The car wash took nearly 1/2 hour. Will not be back. Sorry, I’m not usually this way. It all had a “fly by night feel”.

They wont let you drive the cars, I was suggested to have
They wont let you drive the cars, I was suggested to have a car towed to get it inspected by a certified dealer. What a joke, want a sign that a car is a lemon without going to a dealer, here's your sign. Be careful with this place when buying a used car, if they wont allow a certified inspection there's a major problem.

We do allow test drives for all our vehicles. We also permit customers to conduct pre-purchase inspections. If the inspection shop is located nearby, we are happy to facilitate by dropping off the vehicle at the scheduled time. However, if the shop is further away, transportation of the vehicle to and from the shop would need to be arranged at the customer's expense. As an alternative, customers are welcome to schedule an inspection to take place at our location via a third-party inspection company.
