Lydia is always polite and friendly. She answers questions and assists where she can. Following the work, she brought my bill to me in the waiting room area. There was no charge.

Lydia Gutierrez is the service person I dealt with. She is courteous and polite, answers your questions and follows up with you. Empire Buick is lucky to have her!

They took a deposit on the car then said they couldn't

They took a deposit on the car then said they couldn't sell it at that price. Even after purchasing it CPO the oil life was only 19% on the drive home with a 1/4 tank.of gas. Look out for there extra fees!
