For an oil chance and tire replacement. It took me 4 hours to retrieve my car and I went as soon as they opened. Only giving lower rating due to how long it took.

Staffing are polite and friendly.
Staffing are polite and friendly. Getting a service appointment is not so easy. Long waits and sometimes it feels a little understaffed. Princes for service are too high.

My wife paid for oil change the same day of service.
My wife paid for oil change the same day of service. She paid what the dealer charged. A dealer employee called me 5 days later claiming that I owed less than $20 in taxes and threatened that they would pass the bill to collections if I did not pay by the end of the day. I asked to speak with his supervisor, she did not call me. To make things worse, service was slow.

Excellent experience.
Excellent experience. I was able to get a prompt appointment, and I was seen on time. I appreciate the extra effort to help get a loaner. I was updated regularly while my car was in the shop, and costs were transparent. Checkout was smooth too, very friendly staff.
