Inconsistent service department.
Inconsistent service department. Was called saying car was ready. When I arrived was told it wasn't. Unacceptable.

Responsive, made themselves available same day while other dealerships pushed me off, worked hard to have my repairs covered under warranty. Listened to my concerns about timeline and got the job done ahead of schedule. Caught issue with car during inspection and took care of it with minimal out of pocket cost for me.

They originally told me my car would be ready by 4 pm
They originally told me my car would be ready by 4 pm because I said I had an 5:45 appointment I needed to make. My car wasn’t ready until almost 5:30. In addition when I got my car it had a large brown dirt stain on the side that wasn’t there before. There is some damage to the car. They don’t treat your car as if it was their own car.
