When an appointment is made for an oil change, the wait
When an appointment is made for an oil change, the wait should not be more than 1.5 hrs. 4-5 hours is not acceptable and defeats the purpose of making an appointment. If the dealership is not competent to complete an oil change in that time. Do not offer appointments to customers and washer their time by waiting for 4-5 hours. No oil change should take that long.
